Natural Liver Cleansing Recipe 9: Strawberry and Lime Smoothie

Ingredients

- Juice of 1 lime
- 5-6 strawberries, halved
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 litre water
Method
- Place all of the above ingredients into a blender and blend for about 2 minutes.
- Transfer it to a serving jug.
- You may garnish it with additional sliced strawberries or mint leaves.
