Natural Liver Cleansing Recipe 1: Grape and Lemon Juice

This juice recipe can help with many conditions such as indigestion, fevers, constipation. It is a natural anti inflammatory and anti histamine. It will soothe a sore throat and also assist with respiratory disorders. Besides it being able to cleanse the liver, it will also cleanse the blood.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grape juice
  • 1 cup water, purified
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 inches ginger root, grated
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Method

  1. Blend all of the above ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Allow it to cool in the refrigerator for a few hours before drinking.

You will find this juice recipe very easy and quick to prepare. I recommend this juice to be consumed at least thrice a week throughout the year. In the winter season, you don’t need to serve it chilled. For the summer season, you may throw in some ice cubes for added relief from the heat.
