Natural Colon Cleansing Recipe 8: Apple Cider Vinegar Beverage
Apple cider vinegar has many health benefits, one of its main properties are its ability to assist with constipation and its wonderful detoxification benefits. It will flush out all unwanted bacteria from the body. Apple cider vinegar is also helpful for losing weight, skin problems and much more.
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup water, boiled in a kettle
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
Method
- Mix the boiled and honey together until the honey is dissolved.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix them up well together.
- Allow it to cool and then pour it into a serving glass.
- Garnish with cinnamon sticks, if desired.
This recipe looks very attractive once it is prepared and garnished. Apple cider vinegar isn’t very pleasant to drink on its own, the honey and cinnamon in this recipe give it a lovely taste. Have this beverage after a meal or even as a treat after a long day.
