Detox & Weight Loss Recipe 3: Dates, Avocado and Banana Smoothie
This smoothie recipe has a variety of ingredients which not only gives a lovely taste but there is a lot to gain from this smoothie. It contains high sources of fiber. Fiber assists with detoxification and cleans out your system efficiently and it also does wonders for your digestive system.
Ingredients

- 4 pitted dates
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons flaxseeds ( may add only 1 tablespoon if desired)
- 3 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 cup water purified
- 2 tablespoons oats
Method
- Combine all of the above ingredients together in a blender.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth.
- You can throw in a few ice cubes and add more water if desired.
