However, if you keep on doing regular exercise and maintaining a low calorie, low carbohydrates and low sugar levels, then the risk for further complications is lessened. Having diabetes accompanied by unhealthy meals and sedentary lifestyle can lead you to developing heart ailments and obesity which is more dangerous.
