- 2 cups coconut water
- 1 cup pineapple, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 rib celery
- 1 inch piece ginger
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1/3 bunch parsley
Method
- Blend the pineapple, cucumber, ginger, celery and lemon juice for 3 minutes.
- Add the remainder of the ingredients and blend further until they are smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into tall serving glasses.
